1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply when you browse https://shadowherocrafts.com/, create an account, place an order, download a product or use a ShadowHero Crafts service. By completing an order, you agree to these terms, the product listing, our Digital Product Licence, Privacy Policy, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy.
“ShadowHero Crafts”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Brijesh Yadav, trading as ShadowHero Crafts, at Room No 211, Sai Dham Heights Newar Om Sai English School. Diva Station Road, Diva East., Thane, Maharashtra, 400612, India.
2. Digital products only
Our products are downloadable digital files for junk journals, scrapbooks, card making and paper crafts. No physical item is shipped unless a product page expressly says otherwise. Colours can vary between screens, printers, inks and papers. Each listing states the included files, format, dimensions, resolution and permitted use.
3. Eligibility and customer accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your location. Customers under 18 should purchase only with a parent or legal guardian. An account is required for checkout and protected download access. You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been misused.
4. Prices, currency and taxes
Prices are displayed in US dollars unless the website clearly shows another currency. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or international transaction charges. Applicable taxes will be displayed or included as required by law. The price shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout is the price for that order, except where an obvious technical or pricing error has occurred.
5. Orders and payment
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation or provide download access. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may be provided by third-party payment processors. We do not store complete payment-card numbers. We may place an order on hold, request reasonable verification, cancel an unpaid order or refuse a transaction where required for fraud prevention, sanctions compliance, security or law.
6. Immediate digital delivery and consent
At checkout you are asked to request immediate supply of the digital content after payment and to acknowledge that, once access or downloading begins, a cancellation or withdrawal right based only on change of mind may end or be limited. This does not remove any mandatory right relating to defective, unsafe or materially misdescribed content.

7. Intellectual property and permitted use
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the artwork or source files. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. The product listing and our Digital Product Licence explain what you may create and what is prohibited. You may not share, resell, redistribute, sublicense or make the original files available to another person.
8. Memberships, when available
Membership checkout is not available until the website clearly marks the plans as open. When offered, the Creator plan is US$9.99 per month and includes 10 regular selections plus 2 Premium selections; the Studio plan is US$24.99 per month and includes 30 regular selections plus 5 Premium selections. Regular selections apply to products priced at US$0.99 or US$1.49, and Premium selections apply to products priced at US$2.99, unless a plan page clearly states an updated structure before you subscribe.
Unused monthly selections may carry forward for one additional monthly cycle and then expire. The oldest eligible selections are used first. A membership renews monthly until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access available through the already-paid period. No cash value, cash withdrawal or transfer applies to unused selections. Any material plan change will be communicated before it affects a future renewal.
9. Refunds and corrections
Digital purchases are generally final after access begins, subject to applicable consumer law. We will investigate duplicate charges, non-delivery, corrupted or incomplete files, delivery of the wrong product, and content materially different from its description. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the process and available remedies.
10. Acceptable use and site security
You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout or download controls, introduce malicious code, scrape the site at unreasonable volume, misuse another person’s account, make fraudulent claims or use the products unlawfully. We may suspend access reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website or our rights, while preserving any mandatory consumer remedy.
11. Website availability and changes
We aim to keep the website and downloads available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, hosting, internet, browser or third-party service issues can cause temporary interruption. We may correct errors, improve files, update these terms prospectively or discontinue a product. If a change materially affects an existing paid order, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.
12. Responsibility and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, incompatible third-party software or equipment, printing variations, or loss caused by failure to follow the listing or download instructions. Our aggregate responsibility for a claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where the law requires otherwise.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or jurisdiction available to you, courts and competent authorities in Maharashtra, India will have jurisdiction. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. This clause does not take away a mandatory right to use another competent consumer forum.
