Because digital products can be downloaded immediately, purchases are generally final once download access has been supplied, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
If a file is defective, incomplete or materially different from its description, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. We will first try to provide a corrected file or technical help. Duplicate purchases and other exceptional cases will be reviewed individually.
