1. Who controls your information

2. Information we collect
- Identity and contact information: name, email address, billing address, country, phone number when provided, and account login information.
- Order and account information: products purchased, prices, discounts, order status, download access, licence records, refunds and support history.
- Payment information: payment status, method, transaction reference and limited billing information returned by the payment provider. We do not store complete card numbers, CVV values or online-banking passwords.
- Technical and security information: IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, cookies, login and download logs, and fraud or security signals.
- Communications: messages, order numbers, attachments or other information you choose to send through support.
- Consent and preferences: checkout acknowledgements, privacy choices and marketing consent if an optional mailing list is introduced.
3. Why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; take payment; confirm, deliver and support orders; enforce download and licence terms; prevent fraud and abuse; communicate service messages; keep tax and accounting records; handle refunds and legal claims; maintain the website; and comply with law. Where applicable, the legal grounds are performance of our contract with you, compliance with legal duties, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the shop, and consent for an optional use that requires it.
4. Payment processors and service providers
Payment details are processed by the payment method selected at checkout, such as Razorpay or another enabled provider, under that provider’s own terms and privacy notice. We also use service providers for WordPress and WooCommerce commerce functions, Hostinger hosting and email, authenticated mail delivery, contact forms, caching, security, backups, accounting and professional advice. They may process information only as needed to provide their service or meet law.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may share the minimum necessary information with payment, hosting, email, security, support, analytics or professional service providers; tax, regulatory, court or law-enforcement authorities where legally required; and a successor if the business is reorganized or transferred with appropriate safeguards.
6. International processing
Because we sell internationally and use online providers, information may be processed outside your state or country. Where cross-border safeguards are required, we and our providers rely on an applicable legal transfer mechanism and reasonable contractual, technical or organizational safeguards.
7. How long we keep information
We keep order, payment and tax records for the period required by applicable tax, accounting and consumer law. Account information is normally kept while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, disputes and legal obligations. Support messages and technical logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for assistance, security and recordkeeping. Information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required, unless a legal hold applies.
8. Security
We use HTTPS, account authentication, access controls, protected WooCommerce download links, updates, backups and security monitoring appropriate to a small online store. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Use a unique password, keep your device secure and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask for access, correction, completion, deletion, restriction, portability or objection; withdraw consent for a consent-based use; nominate another person where applicable; or complain to a competent privacy or consumer authority. We may need to verify your identity. Some records cannot be deleted immediately where retention is required by tax, fraud-prevention, dispute or other law.
To exercise a privacy right, email support@shadowherocrafts.com with enough information to identify the relevant account or order. Do not email passwords, full payment-card details, PAN, Aadhaar or bank credentials.
10. Children
The shop is not directed to children. A person under 18 should use the website only with a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child supplied personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and take the action required by law.
