1. No physical shipping
ShadowHero Crafts currently sells digital download products. No parcel or printed item is shipped, no shipping carrier is used, and no shipping fee applies to a digital-only order. If we introduce a physical product later, its listing and a revised shipping policy will clearly state the dispatch, delivery, tracking, cancellation and return terms before purchase.
2. When delivery occurs
Digital delivery normally begins after the payment provider confirms successful payment. Access may appear on the order-confirmation screen, in the order email and in My Account → Downloads. An account is required so download access can be protected and recovered.
3. Secure-link period
Unless a listing states otherwise, the secure WooCommerce download link is available for seven days after access is granted. Download the product promptly and keep a personal backup. The seven-day link period is an access-security setting; it does not reduce any mandatory consumer right. If a link expires, contact us with the order number so we can verify the purchase and restore reasonable access.
4. Delayed or held orders
Delivery can be delayed when payment remains pending, the payment provider requests authentication, the order is held for fraud or security review, the supplied email is incorrect, or the website or email service has a temporary technical issue. We may request reasonable verification before releasing an order flagged as unusual.
5. File formats and customer requirements
The product page states the included format, quantity, dimensions, resolution and any software requirements. You are responsible for checking compatibility before purchase, maintaining enough storage space, using current extraction or PDF software where needed, and keeping your account email accurate. Store previews may be square-cropped for display; delivered files keep their listed dimensions and quality.
6. Delivery problem
First sign in to the account used for the order and open Downloads. Check the spam folder for order email, try a current browser and confirm that security software is not blocking the download. More steps are available on Download Help.
If the issue continues, contact support@shadowherocrafts.com with the order number, product name, device and a description of what happens. We normally reply within two business days.
7. Public cloud links
The final paid file should be delivered through protected WooCommerce storage or another private, authorized storage service. A public Google Drive or similar link does not inherit WooCommerce’s seven-day expiry and should not be used as the protected sale link.
