Open Downloads
Choose Account in the header, then select Downloads from the account menu.
Save the files
Select the product download button and choose a folder you can easily find.
Keep a backup
Copy the original files to safe storage before the seven-day link expires.
Common download problems
Try these checks first.
The button returns me to the login page+
Sign out, clear the website cookies, then sign back in using the email connected to the purchase.
The link says it expired+
Contact support with your order number. We will check the order and help when the purchase can be verified.
The ZIP file will not open+
Confirm the download finished completely. On Windows, right-click the file and choose Extract All. On mobile devices, use the built-in Files app or a trusted ZIP utility.
I cannot find the saved file+
Check your browser Downloads list and the Downloads folder on your device. Search using the product or ZIP filename shown in your account.
