These newspaper junk journal pages draw on old newsprint and the look of 1800s printed documents. The layouts suggest historical newspapers and printmaking without an overly busy composition, providing a text-led background for layered work and storytelling rather than a single decorative subject.
Build a journal spread around a family story, use the papers beneath scrapbook photographs, or tear sections for paper collage. Add your own stamps and labels to create a document-inspired arrangement while allowing portions of the newspaper styling to remain visible.
