Vintage office-form papers feature faded headings, fine ruled tables and handwritten-style marks on softly aged backgrounds. Pale red lines, cream paper and worn folds give the designs the familiar look of old desk paperwork.

These vintage office forms turn ledger grids, printed headings and cursive details into decorative journal backgrounds. The layouts range from closely ruled tables to more open form sections, with faded ink, creases and uneven paper tones throughout. They are printable artwork inspired by old paperwork, not editable business forms.
Use the ledger collage papers in a vintage junk journal, a work-memory scrapbook or an altered-book project. The structured lines make a useful backdrop for labels, photographs and paper ephemera. Cut a section into a pocket or tag, or keep a full form-style page beneath your own notes and collected scraps.
