These vintage museum archive cards recreate the look of collection records through fine ruled lines, narrow columns and faded handwritten details. Yellowed paper, uneven stains and worn edges keep the layouts from feeling too crisp, while the open spaces leave the ledger-style designs easy to write on.
Add the printable ephemera to a junk journal as writing pages, tuck a record-style note into a pocket, or layer a section behind a scrapbook photograph. The quiet ruled backgrounds also suit botanical journals, memory keeping and paper collages where you want room for your own dates, observations or captions.
