Golden insect ephemera cuts combine vintage specimen styling with rich metallic-looking tones. Antique paper textures, slightly grunged edges, and realistic shadows give the illustrations depth and an aged character. Clean white borders define the pieces for fussy cutting. The gold appearance is part of the artwork, not a physical metallic finish.
Build a natural-history journal spread around an insect, add one to a specimen-inspired scrapbook layout, or layer a cutout into a decorative collage. Surrounding the printed insect with your own labels and paper scraps can emphasize its archival display style.
