Tartan checks and woven textile textures give these plaid tags a rustic character. Dusty burgundy, faded navy, olive, mustard, cream, and warm brown create a cozy palette. Coffee stain effects, subtle foxing, paper grain, and aged edges soften the patterned backgrounds with the weathered appearance of old paper ephemera.
Slip a tag into a junk journal pocket, layer plaid accents around family photographs in a scrapbook, or decorate a handmade card with a warm textile theme. The distressed patterns also suit a collage built around memories of home and familiar seasonal traditions.
