Download your purchase in four simple steps.

The “Download with Google Drive” button opens the folder for your purchase. Opening the folder does not save the images to your device.

1. Open the folder and find the files you want.
2. On a computer, select a file, right-click it and choose Download. Use Ctrl on Windows or Command on Mac to select several files.
3. Wait for the download to finish, then open the saved files from your Downloads folder. If Drive packages them as a ZIP, extract it before printing.

For a large collection, a computer is usually easier. You can save smaller groups of files if a full-folder download fails.

If your download is a PDF link sheet, the printable images are in the linked folder. The PDF gives you access to them.

1. Save the PDF, then open it in a PDF reader or your browser.
2. Click or tap the Google Drive link or download button inside the PDF.
3. When the folder opens, download the files using the Drive steps above.

If a link does not respond in an email preview, save the PDF and open it separately. If the full address is shown, you can copy and paste it into your browser. Keep the PDF with your saved files.

A ZIP holds several files in one download. Let it finish downloading before you open it.

1. Find the ZIP in your device’s Downloads folder.
2. On Windows, right-click it and choose Extract All. On a Mac, double-click it. On iPhone or iPad, open the Files app and tap the ZIP. On Android, use your file manager’s Extract option if available.
3. Open the extracted folder to view and print your files. Keep a backup of the original download.

In the Google Drive app on Android, tap the three dots beside a file and choose Download. On iPhone or iPad, use Download, or Open in followed by Save to Files, depending on the options shown. Save the original file rather than taking a screenshot of its preview.

If the link opens inside your email or a social app and gets stuck, try opening it in Safari or Chrome. Sign into the purchasing ShadowHero Crafts account if prompted.

Check that you are signed into the same ShadowHero Crafts account used for the purchase. A different account cannot use your order’s download link. After signing in, go to Account > Downloads and try the product button there.

Check that you opened the link supplied with your purchase. If Drive still asks for permission or shows an unavailable folder, contact support with your order number and a screenshot so we can check the link.

Website links are available for 365 days from purchase, with up to 100 uses per purchased download. Opening a Drive folder through the website counts as a link use; it does not count each image you save inside Drive. Your account shows the expiry date and remaining uses.

Files already saved on your device do not expire. The website limit does not control a Drive address you have already opened or saved. If you need help after a link expires or reaches its limit, contact support with your order number.

Check that the download finished and that your device has enough free storage. Try downloading it again on a stable connection. For a large Drive folder, download fewer files at a time or try a computer. Contact support if it still fails.

An HTML file is a web page. Go to Account > Downloads and try the latest product link. Drive-based purchases should open their folder in your browser. If you still receive an HTML file, send support your order number and a screenshot.

Check your browser’s Downloads list and your device’s Downloads folder or Files app. For the order email, check Spam or Junk and search for ShadowHero Crafts. You can also sign into Account > Downloads without using the email.
