Student record headings, ruled columns and faded ink give these vintage ephemera designs an old classroom feel. Distressed edges and warm, weathered paper textures frame the lined spaces.

These vintage student record cards reproduce the look of old classroom paperwork with student-record headings, ruled lines and narrow grading columns. Faded print, worn edges and mottled paper textures give the junk journal ephemera its aged appearance. The designs are decorative printable images, not editable school forms or authentic student records.
Use them for school-memory scrapbooks, teacher journals and academic-themed paper collages. Add your own handwritten recollections to the lined areas, pair a card with a class photograph, or use it as a journal insert beside tickets and notes. The simple ruled layout offers a quieter layer among more heavily illustrated scrapbook paper.
