Skeleton illustrations, faded handwriting and rose details give these junk journal pages an antique collage look. Warm parchment tones and layered paper fragments soften the gothic subject, balancing anatomy-inspired imagery with floral ephemera.

These skeleton junk journal pages layer anatomy-inspired illustrations over aged manuscripts, printed text and vintage-style paper fragments. Roses and other decorative details add muted colour to the cream and sepia backgrounds, while skeletons and skulls remain the main subjects. The digital paper has an old scrapbook character rather than the appearance of a modern clinical diagram.
Use the pages in a gothic art journal, a Halloween scrapbook or an altered-book collage. Pair the illustrated figures with a fictional diary entry, add labels beside the paper fragments, or frame a small photograph with a floral section. The layered backgrounds work well with simple ephemera and handwritten notes.
