Ruled lines, library-card headings and worn paper borders give these bookish printables a familiar checkout-desk feel. The designs range from cleaner cream layouts to deeply distressed golden paper, with occasional ornamental details among the vintage-style cards.

These vintage library card printables feature lined book-record designs with aged borders, faded headings and varied paper textures. Some layouts are simple and open, while others add darker staining or decorative flourishes. Each image is a full-page card-style design rather than a sheet of multiple small cards. A separate PDF is included alongside the image files.
Use the printable ephemera in a reading journal, a literary junk journal or a scrapbook about favorite books. The ruled areas can hold reading notes, dates and short memories, while the card shapes work as pocket inserts or layered collage pieces. Pair them with book-page scraps and handwritten labels for a personal library-themed project.
