Buying digital products
Will I receive a physical product?
No. Products sold on this website are digital downloads unless a listing clearly says otherwise. Nothing will be shipped to your address.
Do I need an account to purchase?
Yes. Your account keeps your orders and secure download access together. You can create an account during checkout.
Which currency is used?
Prices are shown in US dollars. Your bank or payment provider may convert the amount to your local currency.
Downloads and accounts
Where can I find my purchased files?
Sign in, open Account and choose Downloads. Download information may also be included in your order email after successful payment.
How long does my download link work?
Unless the product page says otherwise, the secure download link is available for seven days. Download promptly and keep a personal backup.
What if the download does not start?
Try a current browser, confirm that you are signed into the correct account and check that pop-ups or security software are not blocking the download. Visit Download Help for more steps.
Printing and crafting
What print quality should I use?
Use the highest quality setting your printer and paper support. Product listings explain the supplied dimensions and resolution. For accurate sizing, turn off options that automatically stretch the page.
Can I resize the pages?
You can usually print at a smaller size. Enlarging far beyond the supplied dimensions can reduce sharpness. Keep the original files unchanged as a backup.
Why are shop thumbnails square?
Square thumbnails keep the shop tidy. They only crop the preview. The purchased files retain the original uploaded dimensions and quality.
Licenses and refunds
Can I share or resell the digital files?
No. You may not share, redistribute or resell the original digital files. Read the Licensing page and the individual product listing for permitted use.
Can a digital purchase be refunded?
Digital purchases are generally final after access is provided, except when required by law. If a file is defective or materially different from its description, contact us so we can help.
